Testing of the tramway, April 8th, 2012 at 10:00 p.m.
The tramway will be ready insha Allah in June 2013.
The Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal, the Minister of transport Ammar Tou and the Governor of Constantine Noureddine Bedoui on board during the testing of the tramway.
